Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Green & Smart Holdings plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue at the date of this notice is 287,428,034, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 287,428,034.

The above figure of 287,428,034 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
