The unaudited net asset value per A Share at the close of business on 24 December 2010 was 36.22p all of which was represented by cash and cash equivalents* following the sale of the last investment, as announced on 14 December 2010. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items.

The above net asset value calculation has been based on 2,380,891 A Shares in issue.

B Share

The unaudited net asset value per B Share at the close of business on 24 December 2010 was 111.32p of which 96% was represented by cash and cash equivalents*. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items. The B Class Fund held one investment at 24 December 2010 which have been valued on a bid price basis.

The above net asset value calculation has been based on 3,307,720 B Shares in issue.

* Cash and cash equivalents includes proceeds from sales for future settlement at the above date.
