Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings")
announces that on 10 August 2023 the European Central Bank approved
the appointment of Mrs Monique Hemerijck as a member of the Board
of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited. The
appointment is also effective for the Board of Directors of BOC
Holdings.
