Update on annual accounts and suspension of trading

Further to its announcement made on 23 December 2016, BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS) announces that it now expects to publish the annual accounts for Forte Energy NL for the period to 30 June 2016 (the "Accounts") on or before 11 January 2017. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will remain suspended until the Accounts have been published.
