The Company provides notification
that, on 21 March 2024, Darryl Lewis (Chief Operating Officer and
PDMR) sold a total of 180,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the capital of the Company at a price of £3.2096 per
share.
Following the sale, which was
conducted in connection with a property purchase, Darryl Lewis's
resulting interest in shares in the Company is 235,695 representing
0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
