    Director's Share Dealing

    The Company was notified today that a trust in which Ivo Hesmondhalgh, Joint Chief Executive of the Company, is deemed to have an
interest has today purchased 19,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result of this transaction, Mr
Hesmondhalgh has an interest in 323,375 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.30 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
Capital.
