Openreach Will Return Millions of Pounds to Broadband Companies -FT

--Openreach will return millions of pounds to other broadband
companies in a move geared toward increasing its independence from
BT--its parent company--the FT reports.
--Openreach was handed a record 42 million-pound ($58.6 million)
fine by regulator Ofcom last year in connection with its use of a
loophole that reduced compensation it gave customers, including Sky
and Vodafone, for delays in connecting a line in time, the FT
says.
