On 14 January 2009, the Company received notification from Dresdner Kleinwort 
Group Limited that following the sale of Dresdner Bank AG to Commerzbank AG, 
Allianz SE's total beneficial interest in the capital of the Company as of 12 
January 2009 is now zero. 
 
 
Prior to the transaction that triggered this notification, Allianz SE was 
interested in 675,000 ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") which amounted to approximately 4.4 per cent. in the capital 
of the Company. 
 
 
A further notification will be submitted shortly, if appropriate, by Allianz SE 
and/or Commerzbank AG, following a recalculation of the group's interests.
