Repurchase Pool Shares - Admission to Trading

Further to the announcement published by the Company on 31 October 2017, the Company is pleased to announce that the 144,451,569 Repurchase Pool Shares arising on conversion of the equivalent number of U.S. Dollar Shares were this morning admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The ISIN of the Repurchase Pool Shares is IE00BF7TWD13, the SEDOL is BF7TWD1 and the TIDM is CIFR. In the announcement dated 31 October 2017 an incorrect SEDOL for the Repurchase Pool Shares was stated.

The ISIN of the ongoing U.S. Dollar Shares is IE00B3D60Z08, the SEDOL is B3D60Z0 and the TIDM is CIFU.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the prospectus of the Company dated 12 October 2017.
