Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 27 November 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 9,487 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 655.67 and 660 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 November 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,170,345 Ordinary Shares (53.50%).
