Corvus Capital Inc announces that Graham Butt, Non-Executive Director,  has
tendered his resignation  from the Board of the Company in  order to focus his
attention on his role as Chief Executive of Commoditrade Inc. ("Commoditrade").
The board of Corvus wish him well in his venture and have accepted this
resignation which will take immediate effect.

On 7th December 2006, Commoditrade made an announcement in which it confirmed
that it is in preliminary discussions with a number of parties regarding a
possible offer for Commoditrade.  Corvus Capital Inc holds 20.2 per cent of the
issued share capital of Commoditrade.

Commenting, Graham Porter, Chairman of Corvus Capital Inc, said:

"The Board would like to thank Graham for his significant contribution to the
Company over the last two years and endorse entirely his decision to focus on
his executive  duties at Commoditrade."
