Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of 3,691,000 ordinary shares
of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 June 2007, Man Financial
Limited has an interest in 30,118,020 Ordinary Shares. This represents
approximately 8.00 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
