The Company has today received notification that on 2 April 2009, Alison 
Fielding, Non-executive Chairman, transferred 100,194 ordinary shares of 1p each 
("Ordinary Shares") to her pension fund at a price of 5.75 pence per Ordinary 
Share. The beneficial interest of Alison Fielding following the transfer remains 
at 468,314 Ordinary Shares representing 1.27% of the total issued share capital 
of the Company.
