Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 5 April 2007 it allotted and issued 11,056,219
Ordinary shares of 0.01p each under the offer for subscription at a price of
100p.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 11,056,219
Ordinary Shares.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities on 24 April 2007.
