Director dealing
The Company was informed on 4 January 2021, that Peter Tyler, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company and Kathryn Tyler, his wife,
transferred 800,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), held in a joint account into their individual
ISA accounts (400,000 in each of their personal ISAs), at a price
of 7.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Post this transaction, Peter Tyler
and persons closely associated interests in Ordinary Shares remain
at 2,489,004, representing approximately 1.34% of the Company's
total voting rights.
