Final results publication

Dev Clever, a leading developer of online and immersive career guidance, learning and development platforms, today gives the following updates.

Board change

The Company announces that David Ivy has informed the Board of his decision to step down as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect owing to personal circumstances.

Dev Clever is seeking to appoint two internationally experienced individuals with relevant global commercial and growth company expertise, a Non-executive Chairman and Non-executive Director respectively. Further updates will be provided in due course.

Final results publication

Further to the announcement on 28 April 2022, it is now anticipated that the final results for the year ended 31 October 2021 will be published by mid-June 2022.

The Company's shares remain suspended pending the publishing of a prospectus in connection with the completion of the acquisition of Veative Labs Pte Ltd (Singapore) which remains subject to the final approval by the FCA, a further update will be made to the market in due course.
