Delisting from the London Stock Exchange

Dubai, UAE 20 January 2015: Following the passing of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of DP World Limited (the "Company") on Thursday 18(th) December 2014, including the resolution approving the proposed delisting of the Company's securities from the London Stock Exchange, the Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Company's ordinary shares (ISN:AEDFXAOM6VOO) ("Securities") to be removed from the Official List and to London Stock Exchange plc (the "LSE") for trading in the Securities on the Main Market of the LSE to be cancelled.

The last day of dealings in the Securities on the LSE will be today, Tuesday 20 January 2015.

The cancellation of the listing and of trading in the Securities on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday 21 January 2015.
