Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company
is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held today were duly passed on a
poll by the requisite majorities.
Details of the number of votes cast
for, against and withheld on each resolution will shortly be

A copy of all resolutions passed as
special resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

Board Changes
As previously indicated, Mr Iain
McLaren retired as a director of the Company today. Mrs Joanna
Santinon will assume the role of chair of the Audit Committee, with
immediate effect.
Mrs Susannah Nicklin has been
appointed Senior Independent Director.
