EIDOS PLC - NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS

On 3 June 2005 the Trustee of the Eidos plc employee benefit trust, Desktop ESOP
Trustee Limited, notified the Company that on 2 June 2005 the trust had disposed
of 47,500 Ordinary shares of Eidos plc through a market sale at a price of 58.48
pence in accordance with the wishes of the Company, in relation to the vesting
of certain Restricted Share Awards.

All employees and executive directors of Eidos plc are potential beneficiaries
of the trust and are therefore treated as being interested in share transactions
of the trust. The registered holder of the shares is Desktop ESOP Trustee
Limited.



This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing
Rules.
