EIDOS PLC - NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS

The Trustee of the Eidos plc employee benefit trust, Desktop ESOP Trustee
Limited, has today notified the Company that on 8 July 2005 the trust disposed
of 6,916 Ordinary shares of SCi Entertainment Group plc through a market sale at
a price of #3.36 per share in accordance with the wishes of the Company, in
relation to the vesting of certain Restricted Share Awards.

All employees and executive directors of Eidos plc are potential beneficiaries
of the trust and are therefore treated as being interested in share transactions
of the trust. The registered holder of the shares is Desktop ESOP Trustee
Limited.



This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing
Rules.
