Response to FSA Penalty 
 
Entertainment Rights Plc notes the announcement by the Financial Services 
Authority ('FSA') that it has imposed a penalty on the Company for contravention 
of Disclosure and Transparency Rules between July and September 2008. 
The Company accepts the judgment and has decided not to appeal the decision 
through the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal. 
The Company is pleased to note that the FSA has taken into account that 
Entertainment Rights plc had taken steps to strengthen its board, to bring in 
new senior management, and had admitted the breaches to the FSA and had 
co-operated fully with the investigation. 
The Company will take the GBP245,000 fine as an exceptional charge in this 
financial year.
