Result of Annual General
Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of essensys plc was
held at 1 Finsbury Avenue, London, EC2M 2PF, on 18 December 2024 at
9:30 a.m.
All 11 resolutions put to members were passed
on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as ordinary resolutions
and resolutions 10 and 11 were passed as special
resolutions.
The number of votes cast for and against each

ordinary shares in issue. Shareholders are entitled to one vote per
share. Votes withheld are not votes in law and so have not been
included in the calculation of the proportion of votes for and
against a resolution.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 31 July 2024 together with the Notice of AGM and an AGM
