Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music" or "the Group"), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, will announce its results for the year ended 31 March 2023 on Tuesday 20 June 2023.

Gear4music also confirms that Singer Capital Markets, the Group's nominated adviser, is now acting as sole broker to the Group.
