GoCo Group plc announces that on 28 May 2020, Nick Wrighton, a PDMR, exercised his SAYE option granted on 1 February 2017. The option was over 36,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0002 each in the capital of GoCo Group plc under the terms of the GoCo Group plc Sharesave Plan at an option price of GBP0.50 pence per ordinary share. The maturity date of these options was 1 February 2020. All shares under option were retained as a share certificate.
