Directors' Dealings

GeoPark announces that pursuant to the binding commitments regarding Non-Executive Directors' Fees announced on 26 April 2013, a total of 2,382 ordinary shares of US$0.001 each ("Shares") have been issued today to Steven Quamme, Juan Cristobal Pavez and Peter Ryalls, Non-Executive Directors of the Company, in lieu of directors' fees and benefits payable quarterly in arrears to them in accordance with the terms of their appointments, at the prices and in the amounts set out below:

[*] Mr. Quamme is the co-founder and President of Cartica Management, LLC and details of his non-beneficial shareholding in GeoPark as at 14 November 2013 are as follows: 1,666,735 Shares are held by Cartica Corporate Governance Fund, L.P., 1,209,278 Shares are held by Cartica Capital Partners Master, L.P., and 2,100,959 shares are held by Cartica Investors, L.P. Mr Quamme's beneficial holding is 7,422 Shares.

The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue.

As a result of this issue of shares, GeoPark now has 43,861,614 Shares in issue.
