Suspension of trading

Further to its most recent announcement on 3 December 2018, HaloSource Corporation (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on London Stock Exchange's AIM market, today provides the following financing update.

Whilst the Company has continued to explore financing and other strategic options since 3 December 2018, it appears unlikely that any transaction will be sufficient to fund the Company as a going concern. Therefore, the Company has requested and been granted an immediate suspension of trading of the Company's common shares on AIM.
