("Shares") at a price of GBP1.325 per share on 26 June 2018.

-- Kathryn Purves, the Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased 60,000 Shares at a price of GBP1.325 per

share     on 26 June 2018.

-- Gavin Howard, the Group Chief Financial Officer, purchased 40,000 Shares at a price of GBP1.325 per

share on   26 June 2018.
