JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets
Limited (the "Company" or "JARA"), the diversified global
infrastructure, transportation and real estate investment company,
announces a portfolio update as at 31 July 2024.
Net Asset
Value
The Company's unaudited net asset
value ('NAV') as at 31 July 2024 is 92.21 pence per share (30 June
2024 NAV: 92.63 pence per share), a decrease of 0.5%. The
Company's share price as at 31 July 2024 was 69.00 pence and the
discount to NAV was 25.2%.
