("the Company")
Total Voting
Rights
In accordance with DTR
5.6 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the total number of ordinary shares of
£0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in
issue as at 30 April 2024 was 79,528,370 with each Ordinary Share
carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any
shares in treasury.
There are 617,595
Ordinary Shares in the Company's Employee Benefit
Trust ("EBT"), and the
EBT has waived its right to exercise its voting rights and to
receive dividends in respect of these Ordinary Shares.
Therefore, the number
of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 78,910,775. This figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under
the Financial Conduct Authority's DTR.
