not 13,043,478 as previously stated.

                 Correction - Share Option Awards to Directors


This is a correction to yesterday's announcement, which contained an error.


The Company announces that it has made a grant of share options over 1,500,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p each under a combination of the Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme and the Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The share options are
to be awarded equally to each of the executive directors, those being Stephen
Appelbee, Chief Executive Officer and Ann Hardy, Operations Director.


These share options have been awarded subject to the fulfilment of future
performance criteria.


The options are exercisable at a price of 11.5p per share, the mid market price
prevailing at the close of business on 29th March 2005, at any time from 29th
March 2008 to 29th March 2013.
