that the Company's 2017 Annual Report for the year ended 31
December 2017, the Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting and proxy
form have been posted to all shareholders.

The Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held
at its offices at 13 Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry
CV4 8HS at 12 noon on Thursday 19 April 2018.

in the Notice of AGM.
