Directorate Change
PCFG, the AIM quoted finance house, announces the appointment of
Timothy Franklin as a Non-Executive Director with immediate
effect.
Mr Franklin is a highly experienced executive and non-executive
director with a career that spans over 30 years with both building
societies and banks. He has held a variety of roles on boards and
board committees and is currently a non-executive director of the
Post Office which, with 11,800 branches, is the largest financial
services retailer by number of outlets in the UK. He is also
currently Senior Independent Director of HM Land Registry.
Mr Franklin has previously held a number of senior executive
roles at Co-operative Financial Services, Britannia Building
Society and Barclays Bank with a record of outstanding achievement
in retail financial services, banking technology and business
transformation. As part of PCFG's banking licence application to
the PRA and as a Director of the Company, Mr Franklin has already
undertaken the necessary due diligence procedures.
