The Company was informed on 17 June,1998 that
Silverslaggan AB (incorporated in Sweden) has acquired
75,000 of the Company's ordinary 20 pence shares,
representing 1.21% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.  Silverslaggan AB now has an interest in
8.61% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
