Transaction in own shares

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 1 December 2023, it purchased 10,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 395.0 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 395.0 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 395.0 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Liberum Capital Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,473,972. Science Group holds 711,902 shares in treasury.
