Network launches in St. Ann's Shopping Centre in Harrow

ScreenFX plc, which offers digital screen advertising in shopping centres across
the UK, has today signed a long term agreement to add St. Ann's Harrow to its UK
network.

St. Ann's, which attracts some 230,000 shoppers weekly, will contribute to the
annual equivalent of 12 million to the ScreenFX national audience. ScreenFX's
current audience stands at over 300 million from the network's presence in major
centres including MetroCentre in Gateshead; the Trafford Centre in the North
West and Lakeside in Essex.

A six-year exclusive agreement has been reached with St. Ann's managing agents
Jones, Laing, Lasalle for the installation and management of digital advertising
screens and touchscreens on the centre's malls.

David Clark, CEO of Screen FX, commented:

"We are very pleased to be adding St. Ann's shopping centre to our network which
underlines our commitment to working with the most prestigious UK shopping
centres. It also signals to major consumer brands, their advertising agencies
and their media buyers that the ScreenFX audience continues to build significant
critical mass."
