Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange to increase the block listings for the Salamander Energy Performance Share Plan and the Salamander Energy Deferred Equity Plan (the "Plans") by 7,632,000 and 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company respectively, to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon issuance. It is expected that admission to listing will become effective on 18 February 2015.

The increase in the Company's block listings will provide sufficient headroom to accommodate the maximum number of shares required pursuant to the exercise of any options that may vest under the rules of the Plans upon court sanction of the Scheme of Arrangement announced on 24 November 2014.

When issued, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
