("Safestay", the "Company" or the "Group")
Grant of Options
Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of a brand of
contemporary hostels, announces that on 31 October 2020 it granted
awards of options over a total of 206,800 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's
existing share option scheme (the "Options") to seven Directors or
persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
The Options are exercisable at a price of 9 pence after a period
of one year from the date of grant and were awarded in lieu of a
40% reduction of salary in the month of October, as previously
announced on 13 October 2020.
