Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholding
S&U was advised today that Mr
Graham Coombs has on 3 May 2024, transferred 500,000 Ordinary
Shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil
cost, consisting of a transfer of 250,000 Ordinary Shares to his
son Richard Coombs, a PCA of Graham Coombs; and a transfer of
250,000 Ordinary Shares to his daughter Charlotte Coombs, a PCA of
Graham Coombs.
Following this transfer, the
beneficial shareholding of Mr Graham Coombs remains unchanged at
1,650,819 Ordinary Shares.
The information set out below is
provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
