Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of
visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance,
security and safety markets, announces that following the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders held earlier today at the
offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB,

As indicated in the circular posted to shareholders on 9 October
2017, following the completion of the AGM Bernie Waldron has now
stepped down from his position as a Non-executive Director with
immediate effect.
