Admission and Block Admission effective
Director/PDMR shareholdings
Starcom (AIM: STAR), which specialises in the development of
wireless solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and
protection of a variety of assets and people, is pleased to
announce that the 43,333,336 new Ordinary Shares issued in the
Placing announced on 21 June 2017 have today been admitted to
trading on AIM. The Block Admission of up to 8,666,667 new Ordinary
Shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Placing
Warrants has also become effective.
The interests of the Directors and co-founders in the Ordinary
Shares of the Company are as stated in the table below:
