Drug maker AstraZeneca PLC (AZN.LN) has signed an agreement to lease a 50,000 square feet office in London's Paddington district, property developer Development Securities PLC (DSC.LN) said Wednesday.

AstraZeneca is the first tenant to take up space at Two Kingdom Street, which is scheduled for completion in early 2010, Development Securities said.
