Rule 2.9 Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Code"), the Company confirms that, as at the date and time of this announcement, it had 1,194,597,741 ordinary shares of no par value in issue with full voting rights, comprised of

(i) 1,101,268,853 shares admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange;

   (ii)        71,440,000 shares expected to be admitted to trading on 24 October 2023; 
   (iii)       6,888,888 shares expected to be admitted to trading on 25 October 2023 and 
   (iv)       15,000,000 expected to be admitted to trading on 6 November 2023.

The company holds no shares in treasury. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) for the Company's ordinary shares is JE00BJXN4P16 and the Company's LEI number is 213800MRG7ISJEK8YA38.

The Company also refers to its announcement earlier today regarding the very preliminary approach from SEC Capital which is a vehicle associated with a William G Bollinger. The Company has unequivocally rejected the approach and does not have any further details with regards to the potential offeror at this time.
