    Suspension and cancellation of Virotec shares

    Following the approval of resolutions at the Court Meeting and General Meeting held on 6 June 2008, the Court Hearing to sanction the
Scheme will take place on 23 June 2008.

    Accordingly, the Company has requested suspension of listing and dealings in its shares at 5.00pm on 20 June 2008 which will be
effective from 7.00am on 23 June 2008.

    Subject to the sanction of the Court the quotation of Virotec shares on AIM will be cancelled from 7.00am on 25 June 2008.

    Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this announcement have the same meanings as given to them in the Scheme Document which was
posted to shareholders on 14 May 2008.
