                                  New Contract

AIM listed support services group The Wigmore Group plc is pleased to announce
that Speymill Contracts Limited, the Group's Leisure and Hotel Division, has
been awarded a contract by Scottish and Newcastle Retail.

Work is scheduled to start in early June on their Premier Lodge brand situated
at Eastleigh near Southampton Airport. The project comprises of a new build and
fit out to form 121 bedrooms including restaurant and bar facilities. The
contract period is 33 weeks and is worth in excess of #2.1m.
