Results of 2014 Annual General Meeting
Specialty metals exploration and development company, Wolf
Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF, AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or "the Company") is
pleased to announce the results of the Annual General Meeting held
on 21 November 2014, with all resolutions put to the meeting being
passed on a show of hands.
In accordance with section 251AA(2) of the Australian
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the Company hereby provides the
following information on proxy votes:
1. Adoption of Remuneration Report
