Young's is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held in The Civic Suite in Wandsworth Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth, London SW18 2PU at 11.30am on Tuesday, 9 July 2019.

The Company's 2019 Annual Report (which includes notice of the Annual General Meeting):

 
 
    -- was posted today to those shareholders who had not 

opted to receive communications from the Company via email (and was

accompanied by a proxy form for use by holders of the Company's A

shares); and

 
    -- is being emailed tomorrow to those shareholders who have opted to 

receive communications from the Company via email (with a link to

enable holders of the Company's A shares to complete a proxy form

electronically).

For those that do not hold any of the Company's A shares, the notice of meeting is for information purposes only.

A copy of the Company's 2019 Annual Report is available on request from the Company at its registered office: Riverside House, 26 Osiers Road, Wandsworth, London SW18 1NH; it is also available on the Company's website.
