PDMR Announcement
The Company has been notified that on
13 January 2025, Richard Williams (a non-executive director of the
Company) acquired 12,363 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") for consideration of 403.92p per
Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Richard
Williams holds 94,504 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
