Cemtrex to Acquire Portable Emissions Analyzer Product Line

FARMINGDALE, N.Y., May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cemtrex Inc.
(OTC:CTEX) announced today that it is considering acquiring a
portable multi- gas analyzer product line that would complement its
existing stationary Continuous Emission monitoring systems (CEMS).
Portable emissions analyzers are used to measure nitrogen oxides,
carbon monoxide, oxygen and soot along with optimizing fuel
efficiency in industrial burners, process heaters, combustion
engines, heat & electricity boilers, etc. "The portable
analyzer is a multi-billion-dollar market that is growing very
rapidly due to energy efficiency requirements," said Mr. Aron
Govil, CEO & President of Cemtrex, "and it will expand our
existing business by allowing us to sell additional products to
many of our existing customers." Cemtrex through its MIP division
is engaged in manufacturing and selling the most advanced
instruments for emission monitoring of particulate, opacity,
