198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 in 1,428,571 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 6.5 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.  These
Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Bank of New York (Nominees)
Limited a/c UNVCT and Unicorn AIM VCT Plc is the beneficial owner.
