COMPCO HOLDINGS PLC: LONDON MID-TOWN LETTING
Bradford & Bingley plc agree 10-year lease for 21/27 Lambs Conduit Street, WC1
Compco Holdings PLC, the property investment, trading and development group,
announces the letting of 21/27 Lambs Conduit Street, London, WC1 to Bradford &
Bingley plc as their new Group head office for £450,000 per annum.
The bank has agreed to take a 10-year FR&I lease on the 1415 sq m (15,231 sq ft)
building. Compco has spent £1.6m (excluding VAT and fees) on refurbishing the
property, which included the installation of air conditioning throughout.
Commenting, Nigel Ross, Joint Chief Executive of Compco Holdings, said: "This is
a significant letting for the area supporting the continued growth of our
Midtown estate".
